This License Agreement (“Licence”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”, “you”) and ULTRYX SERVICES LIMITED (company number 17148738), trading as “depthicons” (“we”, “us”, “our”). It governs your use of every icon pack and every individual icon (collectively, the “Content”) obtained from https://depthicons.com.
By downloading any Content from the Site you agree to be bound by this Licence. If you do not agree, do not download.
1. Licence grant
Subject to your continued compliance with this Licence, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use, copy, modify and incorporate the Content in your own personal, educational and commercial projects.
The Licence is granted to you (the registered account holder, or — if no account is required for that download — the individual or organisation using the Content). It is not transferable to a separate third party as a standalone deliverable.
2. Permitted uses
You may:
- use the Content in websites, web and mobile applications, software interfaces, digital products, and SaaS dashboards;
- use the Content in printed materials, packaging, marketing collateral, presentations, educational materials, books, and editorial work;
- use the Content in social media, video, animation, advertising, and broadcast media;
- use the Content in client work without paying any per-project royalty (you may bill your client for the design service, not for the icon itself);
- modify, recolour, adapt or combine the Content to fit your design;
- use the Content with or without attribution. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
3. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- redistribute the Content “as-is” or repackage it as your own icon pack, library, font, NFT, sticker pack, template store, or any equivalent product whose primary value is the Content itself;
- use the Content as the principal element of a trademark, logo or brand identity (you may use it as a supporting element within a larger logo composition, but not as the dominant mark);
- claim authorship of the Content or assert exclusive ownership over it;
- use the Content in connection with content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
- use the Content in any manner that infringes the rights of any third party.
5. Ownership
You own your projects and the design work you produce using the Content. We retain ownership of the Site, the curation layer, our trademarks and brand assets, and any compilations or collections we publish. This Licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying icon copyrights, which remain with their respective original authors.
6. Termination
This Licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop downloading new Content; however, you may continue to use Content that was already legitimately incorporated into your end products before termination, so long as you do not redistribute it in violation of Section 3.
7. Refunds
If you have purchased Content, refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Content is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Content is free of all third-party claims, that it is fit for any particular purpose, or that it is free of bugs or rendering issues across every platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Licence is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the affected Content, or (b) one hundred Euros (EUR 100). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
This Licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of London.
